This position is pivotal in providing exceptional after-sales support for all equipment handled by our companies. Futher more we offer a starting salary of $60,000 to $70,000 USD per year. And an opportunity for career advancement and an equity position within the company for those interested in long-term commitment in the US.

What is your role?


As our Parts & Service Manager, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional after-sales support. Your responsibilities will span from managing parts orders and resolving service issues to offering technical support and overseeing the smooth operation of our service department. With your guidance, our team will ensure the satisfaction of our valued clients and dealers.

What will you do?


  • Manage and oversee parts orders and service matters with customers and dealers.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical support.
  • Handle machine and parts shipping/receiving and company vehicle maintenance.
  • Prepare equipment for delivery, demos, and shows.
  • Maintain inventory and order parts as needed.
  • Assist at trade shows, field days, and machine demonstrations.
  • Ensure the organization and upkeep of the warehouse and shop.

Who are you?


  • Good working knowledge of European farm machinery.

  • Proficiency in agricultural electronics and diagnostic tools.

  • Experience with Stage 5 diesels and engine diagnostics.

  • Strong computer skills for ordering and billing of parts.

  • Excellent driving record.

  • Customer and people-oriented with a great work ethic.

  • Expansive attitude towards learning and growth.
